I've had those toaster strudels -- they are awesome but probably not an everyday thing for me. The microwave egg whites/bagel sounds down my alley -- might look into a home made breakfast bar and/or cookie as well.
I always salivate when I see those Jimmy Dean croissants but I know they're not as good as they look on the box, and the nutritional info is actually quite frightening.
