Eggs (probably 8 egg whites from box), cheese, and half a cup of porridge. I'd like to change it up probably been for 6 years eating the same thing every day. By change up I mean maybe have scrambled vs. cooked in a George foreman grill to speed up the process. Hmmm.. Or microwave, but I cook too many eggs that it can't cook even and ends up tasting wretched.
