Anything that's NOT sweet. Nothing with maple syrup, very little brown sugar, even jams/jellies aren't such a great idea first thing in the morning for me. I feel sick the rest of the day. I only like sugar in my coffee. =P
Breakfast sandwiches from McD's etc. are usually too greasy/heavy for my tastes.
I typically cycle through eggs (sometimes bacon, but not that often), plain oatmeal with a bit of brown sugar, or toast with sugar-free peanut butter. Failing all that, cereal. We also have these steel-cut oats, but they're so weird and foreign to me and I haven't had them very much.
