Did legs/back today and then jumped over to plyometrics to see what both of them are about.
I'm beat. I've always had a problem doing pullups for time. I can manage 3-4 at once, but after that I'm beat.
There is a pretty cool spreadsheet out there that makes it really easy to input all your data and stuff. Once I get organized I'll start the program right.
I keep looking at my barbell though.
