No black people in heaven? ok... Let the US government change church doctrine? Ok, really credible. Native Americans are the lost tribe of Israel? Really?

I'm afraid you've been misinformed. There is nothing in the doctrine of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormons) that says anything about black people not being allowed into heaven. On the contrary, Mormons believe that "all nations, kindreds, tongues, and people" should be given the opportunity to hear the gospel and choose for themselves, which is why the Mormons have such a massive missionary movement.
I'm not sure what you are referring to when you say that the US government determines church doctrine.
As far as some North Americans being descendants of the 12 tribes of Israel, why is this so preposterous? Everyone came from somewhere. There are theories that some groups of first nations peoples originated in Asia and migrated across the Bering Strait. Early civilizations such as the Phoenecians were accomplished mariners as early as 1500 BC - a transatlantic crossing at that time would have been a stretch, but not impossible.
Someone asked about the Mormon baptismal fonts and why they were supported by oxen. There are always 12 of them (oxen) and they symbolize the 12 tribes of Israel.
