I did the cardio one today just too see how it is. Pretty good. Really got a sweat worked up, HR up, moving around a lot. Towards the end I had to stop short a few times as I couldn't keep up.
I do think he could have used a few better exercises though. Some of them were simply variations of a different exercise that is actually better.
Like the squat runner one. IMO you'd be better off doing mountain climbers.
But hey, it works. I still think its a great program. Not necessarily because of content, but because its the first program that has a schedule with it and focuses on nutrition too.
