Doing x stretch on rest days can help with yoga flexibility.
And you need plyo. It kicks your ass 10x more than kenpo. You can still get a good sweat from kenpo if you don't half ass it(some people add leg/arm wieghts). But mainly it's a light workout while your body recovers from the week that also helps flexibility.
