I hate to be callous, but if he was going to kill anyone because of drinking and driving, at least it was himself and not the other two innocents in the crash.

Everyone's free to say whatever they want on CP, within site rules, but this comment is really unnecessary imo.
Yes, it's a vaild point, but this isn't a thread about a random car accident, this is the guy posting about losing a friend, and I think your comment fits under 'Something that goes without saying, and really doesn't need to be said here'.
