Not really into sushi or Mexican. Asian-fusion type places would be good, and we also enjoy good steaks. I have read some really good reviews of Stripsteak at Mandalay Bay, wondering if anyone has been and can confirm or deny. We're staying at Wynn so it would be nice to eat a meal in the hotel we're staying at as well.

My family are all Beatles fans ... wondering if going to see Love would be a significantly better experience for us over say one of the "other" (cheaper) Cirque du Soleil shows.

If you do go see "Love" there are two restaraunts right near by that are pretty good.
One is a Brazillian BBQ joint, and the other is B.B. King's which serves pretty darn good southern style BBQ. Neither is really "High end gourmet", but they're both really great food, at a pretty good price...assuming you're into various knids of BBQ.
