Fans who have tickets for that series will be refunded, plus given a free ticket voucher to a future game of their choice (subject to availabilty hahaha) and season ticket holder(s) (assuming there is some still left) will be given access to tickets in Philly.

PHILLIES-BLUE JAYS SERIES RELOCATED TO PHILADELPHIA
Major League Baseball announced today that the venue of the scheduled June 25-27 three-game Philadelphia Phillies-Toronto Blue Jays series has been relocated from Toronto's Rogers Centre to Philadelphia's Citizens Bank Park because of the scheduled events of the G20 Summit in Toronto. The rescheduled games will still be considered home games of the Blue Jays, who will bat last, and the Designated Hitter will be used.
Major League Baseball announced the decision following consultations with the Blue Jays, the Phillies, the G20 Summit Management, the Integrated Security Unit and the City of Toronto.
Said Baseball Commissioner Allan H. (Bud) Selig: "After considering all of the options with the parties, Major League Baseball has determined that the best course of action is to play the series in Philadelphia. Major League Baseball appreciates the cooperation of the Blue Jays, the Phillies and all of the parties who have helped resolve this challenging situation."
Rogers Sports Entertainment President and CEO Paul Beeston said: "This was an extremely difficult decision and one which we did not take lightly. By moving our games to Philadelphia, we are acting in the best interests of our fans, our employees, the players and the game of baseball. We did not want to move the games but in looking at the realities of this situation, we felt that relocation was the most prudent course of action."
The Friday, June 25 game will be scheduled for 7:05 p.m. (ET) and the Sunday, June 27 game will be scheduled for 1:35 p.m. (ET). The time of the Saturday, June 26 game is not yet finalized.
BLUE JAYS POLICIES FOR PHILADELPHIA SERIES TICKET HOLDERS
As a result of the Blue Jays and Phillies Interleague series being relocated to Philadelphia from Toronto, the Blue Jays have announced the following policies for customers who had purchased tickets for the June 25-27 series.
All ticket holders will receive both a full refund on their tickets and one free ticket voucher for each ticket refunded for any upcoming home game during the 2010 regular season (subject to availability). As well, all Toronto Blue Jays full season ticket holders will have access to purchase tickets in Philadelphia for the relocated series.
Tickets sold through the Toronto Blue Jays will be refunded by the club. If you purchased by:

• Credit card – for all affected games, the credit card used for purchase will be reimbursed for the full amount, including service charges. If the card is no longer valid for any reason, customers should contact the Toronto Blue Jays.
• Cash/Debit/Gift Cards – Customers will be issued refund cheques for the initial purchase price of the tickets and service charges, after returning the tickets in person at the Blue Jays box office or by registered mail. Customers who submit tickets by mail must include a valid mailing address and telephone number. Refunds should be issued within four to six weeks following receipt of tickets. Tickets sent by registered mail or courier should be addressed to Ticket Department, Toronto Blue Jays, 1 Blue Jays Way, Suite 3200, Toronto, ON, M5V 1J1.
• Cheque – Tickets paid by cheque will be issue a refund cheque for the same amount.
• Third Party – Fans holding tickets purchased through a third party ticket seller (i.e. StubHub, TicketNow, etc.) must contact the organization they purchased the tickets from and will not be issued a refund from the Toronto Blue Jays.

Season ticket holder refunds will be issued to the registered subscriber.
