I'm not sure what the circumstances are around you getting the SSD from Apple... but you may want to consider the 160GB one from Intel. Bigger size and a better drive... and pretty comparable in price, I'd imagine.

Also, if you're going to go with the SSD, I'd go with an i7 over an i5.

Edit: Whoops. I take that back. The price isn't comparable at all. $210 to upgrade to a 128GB SSD is a pretty good deal indeed. The only thing I don't know about is TRIM support in Snow Leopard. I don't think they've added it yet, but I'm also not sure if it's needed with OS X. Some more knowledgeable users here may be able to help with that one.
