thats a huge boost, I read something a few weeks ago that Capello was really trying to persuade him to come out of retirement for the world cup

They really have no backup for Johnson, I would prefer Carragher over Johnson as well to start since they are all ready going to have a winger on the right side they need a better defensive presence instead of offensive at RB

And with Rio and Ledley both having potential injury problems its always good to have another player on the roster who can slide in at CB
