Extreme right wing movements seem to be on the rise in many places in Europe, so it wouldn't surprise me if this question really does become relevant sooner or later. For example, in Hungary and Austria, there have been politcal gains by such groups. Hungary's recent election showed a 17% support for their right wing facsist party and supporters of the party often refer to Budapest as "Jewdapest" and use bumper stickers that say; "Jew Free Car".

As economic times stay shakey, I think we can see a lot of extreme views become more mainstream. In Greece, a lot the violent protests are being orchestrated by the communist party and Hrisi Avgi (basically the Greek Nazi party).
