Yeah I made this thread with the shakes, nausea and a headache, definitely meant to say "kicking the habit"

Yesterday was pure hell, woke up after 11 hours of sleep, went to the dentist, then home, napped, ate supper, slept until 9ish, up for an hour and a half then back to bed until 11 this morning.

After getting a shower I felt like I was going to puke, then met a friend at Tim Hortons. Now I feel like a million bucks.

I don't want to give up coffee completely, just cut back on what I had been drinking.

The internetz are saying cut back gradually and not go cold turkey. CP is saying replace the habit with harder drugs (well I went to the Tim's in the Pier for those familiar with Cape Breton, so Lord only knows what was actually in the coffee, maybe there was cocaine in it)

Regardless, I was hoping for a miracle remedy like "eat strawberries" I guess the only thing would be to "Wake up in the morning feeling like P Diddy, put my glasses on, I'm out the door, I'm gonna hit this city, before I leave, brush my teeth with a bottle of Jack!"

Now the question is do I get coffee #2 (aka fall off the waggon for sweet sweet caffeine)
