Unless i am mis-reading it, the heart problems were caused by the pneumonia, not any drug use, and that was the direct cause of death.
I may be mistaken, but usually prescription drug abuse affects the liver quite badly as opposed to any heart damage...though I guess that depends on what drugs are being abused as well.
