This really got me, I live in a duplex and I called and asked if I should have gotten the bins since people on other streets around me got them all ready. They asked me a few questions, do I get my own enmax bill, what kind of place I live in and a few others and they said that I should have one. So they sent it off to another dept in the city.
About a week later I get a call saying that we are not eligible because there are to many houses within the alloted area. They base it on per square acre there can only be so many addresses or something like that. It was a few months so I forget exactly what they said.
