I live in Elgin.

I have 2 options to commute downtown.

The express bus, takes me 45 minutes including all walking to get to work, and an hour (or more) to get home because 5th Ave is killer leaving downtown.

The BRT, takes 50mins - 1 hour total commute time either way, but if I take it I drive from my house to park at the bus stop by the condo construction area near 52nd and McIvor.

Driving from the deep SE sucks though, if you are on Deerfoot between 7:00 and 7:30 you can add 15 minutes easily to a normal drive time. I would rather be at work half an hour early or more than deal with that traffic.
