Rocky Ridge is not 25 minutes to downtown in rush hour. I lived up there for several years and it's definitely only 20-25 minutes if you go in at 9am like I did, but if you need to make it in for 8 I found you were looking at easily 35-40min on a good day, and I hit 2 hours a couple times on snow days.
Coming home (leaving around 5:30 or 5:45) I found it to be 35-45 min home, and leaving at 5 a pretty guaranteed 45min+
