Every time I drive be there, there are a bunch of huge trucks parked out front. I assume it's construction guys from the hospital maybe?
Cranston is very family friendly though. 8 parks with playground equipment, the pathway system is excellent, and the new community centre is excellent. For example, they built 2 skating rinks - one for older kids/adults to play hockey, and one for small children.

If you have to be at work for 8 o'clock, it's a whole different story on Deerfoot than leaving at 8 am. When you leave at 8 am, this traffic is already gone.
