People often forget that while the flyers were loaded with big tough players like Moose DuPont Big Bird Saleski, Dave the Hammer Schultz and others that they were a incredibly skilled and well coached team.
They had a draft priority on smart players that could be coached, and not matter what anyone says Bobby Clarke was an incredible leader and really made that team buy into Shero's coaching.
Part of me misses the old days of unpredictable hockey.
