I kinda feel bad for the couple. Having them receive a fine is punishment enough. What they did was wrong, but having your face shown to the whole city is over kill IMO. I guess I just feel bad because they are elderly. If it was 2 jackass teenagers I'd probably be happy they were emberassed.
