Since Russia gains a great deal of hard currency from selling advanced weapons to Iran, while working with Iran on the Bushehr reactor project the relations between Iran and Russia are pretty solid. Russia is also one of Iran's biggest training partners in terms of energy and non energy trade.
China is also a huge energy buyer from Iran, and remember that China also supports Iran's reactor program. while I doubt that they would get directly involved as in shots fired, an American attack on Iran no matter what the situation would cause high tensions between Russia and China on one side and the U.S on the other.
