Frankly I don't understand why you didn't check something you just paid $800 for. I have never received the correct part from a dealer the first time. Usually always have to return it and make a 2nd attempt at ordering.

Wow, you might want to re-think who you are doing business with. I can't think of a single time in the last 10 years of dealing with the 4 different dealerships that I have received one wrong part. I know that if I dealt with a dealership who had constant problems of reading serial numbers and/or inability to correctly identify the correct part before installing it, I would be looking for a new dealership.
