There's a lot of comic booths, but what I found most interesting are the unknown artists who do a lot of cool work that you can purchase. Even my wife, who only went to humour me, was fascinated by some of the prints and bought them for the house. The prices for a lot of them are really good ($5-$20).

We also bought a deck of cards where each of the 52 cards were done by a different artist and some of the pictures are magnificently twisted.

The other thing you might get a kick out of is people-watching. The folks in the amazing costumes, the folks in the god-awful homemade costumes, the guys that the Simpsons' Comic Book Guy was based on. They are all there.
