It can also be the case that the player contributes to the points and +/-. If the player is not contributing, then the icetime should go down.
It just seems odd to say, that team is great so he's not very good. But, then again, that is why I wouldn't take Greene for the Norris (too many starts on the team that inflate his numbers, especially on the PP)...
