Yep. Scouts were drooling over his arm strenght and the 60 yard bombs from his knees sealed the deal for old Al. When you consider Davis loves measureables over attitude it was a given that Russell was going to be a Raider especially with Al's love for the deep ball. Just like Darrius Heyward Bust who was the fastest player in the draft which is what Davis covets. It didn't matter that DHB can't catch the football wich is the pre-requisit for any top reciever. Honestly, he can't catch the ball. Louis Murphy picked 4th overall will be twice the NFL reciever that DHB will.
