The Raiders do look to be a bit different this offseason though. First many speculated that Cable would be fired. I don't know how many reports of that I read. But he's still there. It does appear that they're willing to move on from JaMarcus Russel as their starter, or at least go with an open competition in camp. Than rather than pick a guy who's an athlete, they go and get a guy who is a good leader and more of a football player than a combine freak. They have talent on that roster, if they stop doing the dumb things which so far this offseason they have. They'll win a few games this coming year.
