If there ever wanted to expand drastically they have a ton of space behind where the crappy parking lot is, and I mean a lot of space.

The Conservatory is going to be built on the giant open lot #7 and I believe the new library is going to be built on the short term lot #8.

Needless to say, they need to get the parkade done before they go ahead with either the conservatory or the new library.
