The bolded part is pure bs. What good is your relatively high functioning brain if you don't use it learn about things before sharing your opinion?
Look at how often you mention intelligence. Marijuana doesn't effect your intelligence. If you've met someone who smokes weed and is dumb, it's not the weed that MADE them dumb, they're just a dumb person.
