The mounties have already received complaints from the NHL and the Flames regarding the fake jerseys. People selling knock-offs outside the dome obviously hasn't gone unnoticed.
While it's illegal to sell these jerseys, it's not illegal to buy them. But, cops will seize and destroy them if the shipment is detected.

i was at a concert recently and i witnessed two arrests of bootleg t-shirt sellers.
guys were just selling bootleg shirts in the parking area as you left. saw a mini van pull next to one of the guys...doors open and out comes a security guy, jumps the shirt guy #1. other security guy runs down shirt guy #2. as we left the lot (circled around), saw both shirt guys up against the wall, then in cuffs. pretty awesome!
never seen a bootleg jersey. but, someone gave me a bootleg concert shirt a while back. the neck hole was off centered by half a neck, arm holes were uneven. the printing was slanted and off centered. and the shirt itself was tapered like a dress.
