There is a lot of songs out there where I like the cover better than the original, and the other way around.
I know everyone's taste is different, but when I hear a cover and it is not as good as the original (especially if it's in a similar style) I always question why. It's like reinventing the wheel as a decagon instead of a circle (will have the same effect, but just not quite as good/smooth)
