If you are too stupid to be able to drive with a small distraction like talking on you're cell phone, then personally I don't think you deserve to have a driver's licence.

Its not the talking part they care about, its the 2 hands on the wheel thing.
Note the law specifically allows handsfree cell talking, GPS use, etc.
I love knee-jerk reactions though, they're what makes CBC comments so hialrious to read
