I fully support this law. Too many people are too uncoordinated and just plain stupid to hold a phone to their face and drive at the same time. It seriously peeves me when I'm stuck behind some butthead with a phone in his hand, and we're trying to turn (right or left) and the guy just keeps letting people go past, even though he could go. Too distracted by the phone. Too stupid to put it down for a second and just do the turn. Too inconsiderate to remember that there are people behind him that don't want to sit and f'ing wait until he's done his goddamn conversation so that we can continue to drive.

Same with the texter drivers. Thanks so much for going 15 under the limit and holding up traffic while you meander back and forth and look up every so often, only to be startled, resulting in your classic brake stomp for no reason at all. Thanks, you a-holes. If I were granted one wish it would be that every time two people that were texting and driving passed each other, their cars would magnetize and they'd crash head on into each other and kill both drivers.

I swear it blows my mind how bloody rude people are with cell phones. If they're not holding up traffic with them, they're yapping on them while paying a cashier or at the teller in a bank.
