Fly-fishers are a secretive bunch and will not easily disclose their favorite fishing holes. Part of the fun is finding your own places, and trading knowledge with others. A good book to get is Barry Mitchell's Alberta's Trout Highway. His annual Alberta Fishing Guide is also good.

I will say that the Livingstone River is a good place to fish - catch and release only.
Crowsnest River is famous for rainbows. Look for cutthroats in the Oldman drainage.
I doubt there is any fish in McLean Creek, the way the ATVs tear it up.
Jumpingpound Creek is marginal in my experience, but the upper reaches might be ok.
