I fail to see what Tiger has gone through that the announcers are talking about so much. Going through something would be having your wife and mother suffering from breast cancer. Taking a 5 month vacation from the game of golf is not going through anything, that is just time off.
I really hope Phil wins today. Outside of Jack and Arnie, he has to be considered one of the greatest Master's players of all time with Gary Player. Top Three alltime in Top 10's (13 alltime assuming he places in the top 10 today, only Player's 15 and Jack's 20 are greater). With another victory or two in Augusta, Phil could legitimately go down as one of the top 2 players ever to grace the grounds in Georgia in early April.
Tiger will always be a player who throws clubs and has temper tanrtums on the course first and foremost and a great golfer second. It would be nice if he grew up one of these years, I am sure Robert Tyre Jones Jr. would appreciate it if he showed a little more decorum and respect for the game.
