Interesting you say that...so why was he pulled over? This guy was driving in a way that raised the concern of another driver who called the cops. That might not sound dangerous to you, but vehicles weigh too much and have too much power and should always be considered dangerous, even with an experienced SOBER driver behind the wheel.
Yah, CP police come out in full force, especially when it is issues that are dangerous to their families.
