They didn't mention the Bureau of Indian Affairs did they? Doens't have anything to do with administering to people from India.
Indians has long been the common nomenclature in the US. It's starting to change, as it should, to Native Americans. It is amazing how much effect Christopher Columbus' ineptness has had on American culture!
