It's a Hitachi Plasma. It seems to be stuck in "stanby" mode - I am guessing internal surge protector triggered - have no clue how to re-set it. Nohing in the manual beyond "try turning POWER stitch off/on; if that doesn't work unplug/plug and turn POWER on".
