I know not everyone wants monogamy. The consequences is part of the risk, in my opinion. OF course condom use should be taught, but people act as if it is the nirvana of sexual education. It's not.
You're referencing a completely different thing when you point to a place like Kenya though. The resistance to condom usage there is related to things that simply aren't present in North America.
