I find it's pretty easy to skip the gym after work. If your gym is at home you can't avoid it. It's right there every day when you walk in the door.

That is exactly it, I find the hardest part about working out is getting there [to the gym]. I have invested a fair bit of cash though to make sure I have the top of the line equipment. The PowerBlocks are such a great investment and I don't have to worry about changing weights or anything. Having good equipment definitely makes it easier to stay motivated.
One small little hint that I think works for me is once you have completed your workout for the day, put in the next DVD you will be doing the following day. This little step just saves that little bit of time and helps keep the motivation up, IMO. I know, it is something so small but for some reason I just feel better being all set to go when I get home from posting on CP...errrr, I mean work.
