A Wisconsin district attorney is threatening to prosecute teachers if they teach a new sex education curriculum.
Juneau County District Attorney Scott Southworth sent a letter on March 24 to teachers in five districts telling them they could be arrested, charged and tried for teaching students how to use condoms.

Mr. Southworth, a Republican, went on to say that the law encourages child sexual assault by promoting sex to minors, which is illegal in Wisconsin. That could expose teachers to charges.
