I'm curious as to how you're going to play for the national team as a Canadian, Australian heritage? Also, what is your sponsorship money going towards? Probably easier to get help if people don't think they're just financing your vacation.

Best of luck playing down there, it's a weird environment to play in but there are a lot of good people involved in the game down there. Enjoy playing in Newcastle (only rink with glass in the country), Central Coast and Sydney Ice Arena when you can, the rest of them (especially Canterbury) make the worst small town rink in Canada look like the Dome. You'll definitely come back with stories and plenty of friends, one of the best seasons I ever had.

LOL the Australian team can have upto 3 international players per year, if they intend on playing in anything National permission to play has to be asked 3 years in advance so while i am their i would be playing for a sub team in Brisbane.

As for sponsors i am happy to send them a copy of my contarct with all the bells and whistles including a cost breakdown to ensure the money is not for a vaction, and contracts between the sponsor and can be worked out if needed
