Week 3
Chest & Back: Done. Ab ripper was a bit hard but I think I wasn't breathing enough.
So does anyone skip sections when you have completed the workout? For example, if I only can do 10 chin ups and Tony is showing off how many he can do and there is 30 still seconds left do you skip to the next workout? I do this and find I can sometimes cut the workout down by a few minutes.
Tonight is plyometrics. My knees are a bit sore from my run but I should be fine tonight.
