Keep up the good work because it sounds like what you are doing is working and truly your diet is 90% of the battle. Great idea with the runs during lunch, I know quiet a few people that do that who get longer lucnhes.

Maybe look into p90z when you have reached a plateau you can't get past and just need that extra little ass kicking!
I think I am actually going to start doing the morning workout. It basically means that I would be showing up to work an hour later, thus having to leave an hour later. But it is better than trying to do it at 10:00 at night. Too tired for that to continue.
