At least I'm getting some exercise in. Maybe some day I'll tackle P90X, I've heard nothing but good things about it.

I'm the king of excuses, even more so when it comes to exercise and cleaning my house

, so I know what it can be like. I was just suggesting it because some people overlook or ignore the morning and try and fit their gym/workout after work or after the kids go to bed. For me personally when I work out in the mornings it just kicks my day off in such a good way but if I know I have to workout after work I will make any plans or think of any excuse to just go home and watch some hockey.
Keep up the good work because it sounds like what you are doing is working and truly your diet is 90% of the battle. Great idea with the runs during lunch, I know quiet a few people that do that who get longer lucnhes.
Maybe look into p90z when you have reached a plateau you can't get past and just need that extra little ass kicking!
