I hear you HOOT, I am making excuses to do P90X but I have started running at lunch. I do 5 kms 4 times a week along the bike path. It's a nice change to get outside during work and enjoy some of the "scenery" on the pathway.
At least I'm getting some exercise in. Maybe some day I'll tackle P90X, I've heard nothing but good things about it.
