Thursday: Rest/drink
Friday: I went for a run and ended up doing 18KM. This was my first long outdoor run of the season and I got my butt kicked. Ran the reservoir which is fairly hilly.
Saturday: I woke up extremely stiff from my run and wasn't up to doing legs & back in the morning. I attempted to do it early afternoon but I couldn't even do the first exercise as my legs were killing. I ended up stopping the DVD and stretched for a while and then rode the bike for 45 minutes. Needless to say I was disappointed with myself but at least I still did some exercise, I guess. Perfect record is over though

Only two weeks in.
Sunday: Yoga went well. I was still stiff before I started but all of the yoga and stretching really helped.
Last week of this routine and then it is the recovery week. I am really going to "bring it" this week.
