I'm pretty sure Dreya could kick most of our asses at anything really. She seems pretty hardcore.

I did Kenpo on Thursday, Legs and Back on Friday and Yoga on Saturday with a rest/hangover day Sunday.

The first week went pretty well. I'm pretty pleased. I'll be looking at upping my numbers this week and continuing with ab ripper (have to make sure to do it), and even though Yoga is tough, I can see the benefits from it, so i'm going to continue to do it.

My balance is coming back slowly but surely. It's amazing how hard kenpo is when your balance is terrible. Especially the kicks. I felt when I did Yoga on Sat though that a lot of my balance had come back.

The trick is to keep going every day and finding time to do it. Because when you miss a workout, it not only affects you that day, but has an effect the next time you came back to do that workout.

I would really like to go the full 90 days and not miss a workout. I've never done that before. I've probably got to about 75/90 or so the first time I did it.
