Shoulders and arms done. Not much to note here.
Almost getting through all of ab ripper. Probably doing 330/349 with troubles main on touch the skys and oblizue v-ups.
I will rest or stetch if I have time this evening.
Friday: try for 15KM run
Saturday: Legs & Back
Sunday: Yoga
