I'm definitely not as strong as i'm used to being. I have lost a lot of muscle mass it seems and endurance, which is the reason for my slow start, but I think I can pick it back up to where I usually am next week.
It's amazing how 1 or 2 days of exercise make you feel a million times better. I love the feeling of sore muscles the next day. Working out is a great way to boost confidence and be healthy and feel good about yourself. I love it.
I guess we're some of the lucky ones to like this stuff, because there are a lot of people who aren't as lucky and hate to work out.
Yeah, I like this workout tonight as well. I'd say this phase is probably my favourite phase for combination of workouts. I like these resistance days better than the ones in phase 2.
I'm counting on you to have a good week 4 Red when you get there. I need motivation to do that week!
